The liability insurer would like to know if you are satisfied with the way that they handled your personal injury claim.
What the insurer does with your feedback
- Your compliments and suggestions are shared with the claims handler of your case. For example during work meetings or individual conversations with claims handlers.
- The insurer can use your feedback to improve the claims handling process. For example, extra attention is given to the quality of conversations with victims, information about payments or faster claims handling.
- Insurers must comply with industry requirements. A reliable satisfaction survey with good results is part of this.
- Once a year the participating insurers share developments with each other.
